(Sidney) The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a suspect in connection with a sexual assault investigation in Fremont County.
On June 20, 2025, deputies arrested Kameron Davis Boyer, 35, of Anderson, Iowa.
Boyer has been charged with the following offenses:
-One count of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree involving a child victim related by blood, a Class C felony
-One count of Incest, a Class D felony
Boyer is currently being held on a $15,000 cash-only bond.
It is alleged that Boyer committed a sexual assault against a child, who is a blood relative, at a residence in Anderson during the fall of 2023.
It should be noted that a criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
