(Carroll, IA) — A Caroll man is in custody for a crash that killed two people in April. Troy Bluml is accused of failing to stop at a stop sign and crashing into an SUV with three occupants inside. Elvin and Pedro Castro died at the scene, as another 24-year-old man was treated for serious injuries at a hospital. Bluml allegedly left the scene and was found the next day at his home. The 51-year-old faces multiple charges, including homicide by motor vehicle.
