Creston Police Report Three Arrests

(Creston) A Clearfield, Iowa, woman faces numerous drug and alcohol-related charges following her arrest in Creston early Sunday morning.

Police arrested 33-year-old Jessie Ann Peckham at 12:36 a.m. at 403 E. Townline Street for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana, 1^st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Operating While Under the Influence, 1^st Offense, and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, 1^st Offense. Officers transported Peckham to the Union County Jail and held her on a $3,000 cash or surety bond.

*Creston Police arrested a 50-year-old Nichole Ann Hayes of Creston on Friday afternoon in the 1500 block of N. Lincoln for Operating While Under the Influence, 1^st Offense. Authorities transported her to the Union County Jail, then released her on a promise to appear.

*Creston Police arrested 21-year-old Jayden Ronald Vernon Peavler of Creston at his residence on Friday evening for Domestic Abuse Assault/with intent or Displaying a Weapon, and 1^st degree harassment. Officers transported Peavler to the Union County Sheriff’s Office and held him on a $4,000 cash bond.
