Ella Freshman year she was involved in Contest Speech, lettering and was on the student council. She was also involved in Chorus, participating in the large group contest. She was a cast member in SpongeBob the Musical her Sophmore year, lettering in Chorus. In her Junior year she helped get the high school’s podcast up and running while helping get pages of the next Year Book ready for printing, lettering in Journalism both her Junior and Senior year.
Accomplishments
Ella was inducted into the NHS her Junior year and now serves as the local chapter’s President. Ella won a writing competition her Junior year which paid for her to attend the Media Now journalism camp at Drake University in July 2024. She also serves as Secretary for the local FCCLA chapter.
What was your most memorable moment in High School?
The FCS field trip to Iowa State University with Ms. Wallace!
Plans After Graduation
Ella is planning on attending UNI in Cedar Falls to major in Social Work with an emphasis in elder care.
