(Atlantic) Cass County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested two Cass County men on numerous drug charges.
According to the report, on May 21, deputies arrested 51-year-old Gene Christopher Reed and 61-year-old Brian Joseph Iwerson, both from Atlantic. Reed is charged with drug trafficking (5GM-100 KG Meth), ineligible to carry dangerous weapons, gathering where controlled substances are used, possession of drug paraphernalia, and drug tax Stamp violations. Reed was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held. Iwerson is charged with drug trafficking (5GM-100KG Meth), gathering where controlled substance are used, possession of drug paraphernalia, and drug tax stamp violations. Iwersen was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and held.
In a separate case, deputies arrested 58-year-old Kimberly Dawn Koenck of Atlantic for OWI, 1st Offense on May 15. Authorities transported Koenck to the Cass County Jail, and released.
