(CAM) The CAM School Board approved an amended budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 at Monday’s meeting.
CAM School Board President Cara Murphy explained that they have had some extra expenditures come up.
In other action, the School Board approved the Ahlers & Cooney Joint Representation Waiver. Murphy said the Nodaway Valley and CAM School Districts both use Ahlers & Cooney. She noted, the school boards will be making some changes to the superintendent sharing agreement, as a new superintendent has been hired. For Ahlers & Cooney to assist both districts with this agreement, they must approve a representation waiver, allowing the same attorney from the firm to work with both districts.
The School Board also approved a MOU with Green Hills AEA for a part-time social worker for Iowa Connections Academy.
