(Montgomery Co.) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48-year-old Nohel Delao, of Sioux City, Iowa, on Wednesday on a warrant for Theft 1st Degree. The charge stem from an investigation into the theft of a skid steer that occurred on March 13th near Elliott. The skid steer was recovered in Fremont County. During the recovery, a stolen tandem axel trailer was located. Delao was held on $10,000 cash bond.
