(Cass Co) Three people were arrested on drug charges in Cass County.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says Gene Christopher Reed, 51, of Atlantic, was arrested on April 18th on charges of possession of controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Reed was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Steven Paul Winebrenner, 57, of Atlantic, was arrested on April 18th on charges of possession of controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Winebrenner was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Joshua Duane Mohn, 46, of Red Oak, was arrested on April 19th for possession of controlled substance. Mohn was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Gleen Raymond, 37, of Atlantic, on April 21st on charges of OWI – 3rd Offense and driving while barred. Raymond was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Nicholas Wayne Renner, 30, of Atlantic, was arrested on April 24th on an active warrant. Renner was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
