(Cass Co) Four individuals were arrested on drug charges in Cass County.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says Kenneth Milton McMillan, 33, of Atlantic, was arrested on April 13th for Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule IV/V. McMillan was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Elliott Lavon Green, 34, of Atlantic, was arrested on April 13th for Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule IV/V. Green was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Brenda Nichole Leah Kinzie, 41, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on April 14th for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Kinzie was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.
Thomas Lee Curtis, of Griswold, was arrested on April 14th for Possession of Marijuana and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Curtis was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
The Sheriff’s Office also reports, Kyle Lynn Wilson, 30, of Hancock, was arrested on April 14th for Violation of Probation. Wilson was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
