Montgomery County Man Arrested for Assault

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police are reporting the arrest of a Montgomery County man this morning on a charge of Domestic Assault, 2nd offense.

According to the press release, authorities are holding 38-year-old Jesse Ray Nelson of Red Oak on no bond until a magistrate judge can see him.

Domestic Assault 2nd Offense is considered a serious misdemeanor.
