Charles Ray Balius, 54, 612 Grand Ave was arrested at 602 W Taylor St. Balius was charged with Driving Barred. Balius was taken to the Union County Jail where he is being held on a bond of $2,000.

Travis James Klos, 40, 400 E Kansas St was arrested at Beechwood/260^th St. Klos was charged with Eluding – Speed 25 Over Limit, Persons Ineligible to Carry Dangerous Weapons, Possession Of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana 1^st Offense, and Driving While Barred. Klos was taken to the Union County Jail where he later bonded out on a bond of $9,000.

Eulicer Morales Escalona, 41, 507 Everett St was arrested at Montgomery/Sumner. Escalona was charged with OWI – 1^st Offense. Escalona was taken to the Union County Jail where he later bonded out on a bond of $1,000.
