(Missouri Valley, IA) — Treynor will be sending a contingent to the Drake Relays and they continue to take home wins at meets. On Thursday night, the Cardinals won the Big Red Boys Relays hosted by Missouri Valley. Brady Wallace got a new season best time in the 110 Hurdles, running a 13.88 — beating his previous of 13.93. The new time puts him as #1 in the state ahead of Quinton Alexander of Prairie, Cedar Rapids who is at 13.91 going into Thursday’s night meets. Cauy Konz won the 200 and Treynor won the 4×100 and 4×200 relays.
Tri-Center was led by Carter Kunze who won the Long Jump at 20-08.75 which is a new season best jump. Kunze was also 3rd in the 200. Haven Weers was 2nd in the 1600 and Zach Nelson was 4th in the 200. The Trojans Sprint Medley Relay finished 2nd but got a season best time of 1;38.42 with Brenton Kramer, Nelson, AJ Peters and Kunze.
Underwood was led by Ryker Adair who won the shot put at 49-01.5. Tayden Hull was 2nd in the 400 Hurdles; David Foote 3rd in the Discus. Sam Hulsing 3rd in the 110 Hurdles with a season best time of 15.05. Jack Limpp 3rd in the 400. Riley Sealock 4th in the 100. The Eagles were 2nd in the Shuttle Hurdle Relay.
Logan Magnolia got 4 first place finishes (William Anderson 100; Jacob Sporrer 3200; Cale Cunard Discus; and the Sprint Medley Relay).
Glenwood had 6 first place finishes (Haze Stephens 400; Bryce Keller 800; Chase Razor High Jump; 4×400, 4×800, Distance Medley Relays).
Dane Gorham of Boyer Valley won the 1600. Joe Dewald of Westwood wont the 400 Hurdles and they won the Shuttle Hurdle Relay.
