(Atlantic) An Atlantic man is in the Cass County Jail on charges of Murder in the 1st Degree and Child Endangerment Causing Death.
According to court records, 25-year-old Corbin Loudermilk is being held on a $1,000,000 cash-only bond. The child was found unresponsive while under Loudermilk’s supervision in early January. The baby died from several head trauma injuries that doctors believe were from impact or shaking.
Loudermilk will have a preliminary hearing in Cass County on April 17th at 2:00 p.m.
