(Guthrie County, IA) — After months of debate and consultations with lawyers, the Guthrie County Board of Supervisors passed a new survey permit ordinance that could be used against the building of a pipeline in the county. Chair Maggie Armstrong read the ordinance which took 12 minutes to complete.
