Audubon girls opened the season with Mari Gleason shooting a 47 and Sydney Johnson with a 61 against AHSTW which does not have a girls team.
In girls action, Sidney edged Shenandoah 210 to 213 — Sarah Pickens shot a 48 for the Cowgirls. Treynor cruised past Missouri Valley 213 to 258 — Sophi Pedersen had a 48 for the Cardinals. Logan Magnolia beat Tri Center 215 to 229.
On the boys side, Glenwood boys edged Clarinda 162 to 165 — Carson Turner had a 39 for the Cardinals. Audubon beat AHSTW 177 to 189 — Sullivan McClain had a 43 for the Wheelers, Aiden Kjergaard and Oliver Deist each had a 44, Henry Burr a 46 and Ryan Hermansen shot a 49. Missouri Valley Treynor by one stroke 174 to 175 — Dylan Kocour was the medalist for the Big Reds with a 39.
In a triangular, Griswold took on Essex and Nodaway Valley. On the girls side, Joanna Reynolds was the medalist with a 47 one stroke ahead of Mallory Russell of Nodaway Valley with a 48. For the boys, Hogan Hook of Griswold was the medalist with a 44 and Kaden Buick of Essex finished one stroke behind with a 45 for runner up. In the boys team standings, Nodaway Valley beat Griswold by two strokes 208 to 210 with Essex third at 272.
