Greenfield Man Arrested on Multiple Charges

(Adair Co) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Wesley Allan Gregg, of Greenfield, on March 31^st on a warrant for Contempt – Violation of No Contact/Protective Order. Bond was set at $300 cash only.

Gregg was arrested again on April 1^st on a warrant for Dominion/Control of Firearm/Offensive Weapon by Felon, Dominion/Control of Firearm/Offensive Weapon by Domestic Abuse Offender, and Theft 4^th Degree. On March 29^th, officers took a report from a woman who said she took Gregg in to help him, but after discovering drug paraphernalia she told him to leave. Gregg had stolen a firearm from the victim’s bedside table and $80 from her purse prior to leaving her residence. Bond on the warrant was set at $10,000 cash only.

On April 2^nd, Wesley Gregg was charged with Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $5,000.

In other activity, the Adair County Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old Devin Kenneth Rains, of Corning, was cited and released on March 30^th for OWI 1^st Offense.

Deputies also cited and released 45-year-old Joshua Lee Kinzie, of Creston, on April 4^th for OWI 1^st Offense.
