Gleason Leads Audubon Girls Golfers Into Opener Today

(Audubon, IA) — The golfing season begins for Audubon today — the girls will be able to field a team. Mari Gleason was the only golfer who played varsity last year and had a solid season with a 54.78 average. Head Coach Drew Christensen says she is working on improving her game and has a really nice swing

Christensen has high hopes for his other golfers that just need experience — Sydney Johnson and Emily Foran have the ability to put some birdies on the card

Mckayla Zuniga is smaller in stature but Christensen says she hits it low and straight. Overall, Christensen just wants his 4 golfers to improve every match
