(Audubon, IA) — The Audubon Boys Early Bird meet finished on Thursday night after being rescheduled from Tuesday. There were no team standings because they allowed extra entries in each event. Complete results are below:
Underwood: The Eagles get three first place finishes with Ryker Adair winning the shot put (49-06), Sam Hulsing won the 110 Hurdles (15.35) and Tayden Hull took the 400 Hurdles (57.56). Riley Sealock was 2nd in the 400 and Charlie Myers was 2nd in the 200. David Kilibardo-Foote was 2nd in the discus and 5th in the shot put. Underwood finished 2nd in the Sprint Medley and Shuttle Hurdle relays. Johnathan Harold was 3rd in the 400.
CAM: The Cougars won the Distance Medley Relay led by Kegan Croghan, Kayden Winther, Collin Bower and Carson McKee with a time of 3:54.74. Their best time so far this season is 3:54.56 which they set Tuesday night. CAM was also 2nd in the 4×200 relay; Kayden Winther was 4th in the long jump; Kegan Croghan was 4th in the 400 Hurdles and Carson McKee was 5th in the 400 Hurdles.
Audubon: The best finishes on the night for the Wheelers were 4th place by three people — Lane Meyer in the shot put, Gabe Jensen in the 110 Hurdles and Aaron Olsen in the 200.
Exira EHK’s Austin Rasmussen won the 1600 with a time of 5:05.25 which is his best time this season
Trevan Keely of Paton Churdan won the long jump and 200 meters and was 2nd in the 100.
OABCIG had 2 first place winners — Gavin Remer in the discus and Hunter Maier in the 3200.
IKM Manning won the Sprint Medley and 4×800 relays and Xaviore Diaz won the 800.
Ridge View won the 4×400 and Kellen Jensen was first in the 400.
Treynor won the Shuttle Hurdle, 4×200 and 4×100 relays. Jeff Sornson won the 100 with a time of 11.17 which is his best time this year and is third fastest in Class 2A and he goes from 27th in the state to tied for 15th.
