(Area) Storms rolled through southwest and west central Iowa overnight. The National Weather Service reported a 61-mile-per-hour wind gust in Oakland and a 65-mile-per-hour wind gust five miles northwest of Pacific Junction.
Severe Thunderstorms Warnings were issued for *Southwestern Harrison County at around 10:18 p.m. *Severe Thunderstorms were issued at 10:40 p.m. for Southeast Monona, Northern Pottawattamie County, Harrison County, and Western Shelby Counties. *At 11:09 p.m. a Severe Thunderstorm warning for Mills, and Pottawattamie Counties, and at *12:03 a Severe Thunderstorm Warning was issued for NW. Montgomery, NE. Mills, E. Pottawattamie, and SE. Shelby Counties.
