(Oakland, IA) — Riverside Girls Soccer opened their season last night with a 2-2 tie against Logan Magnolia. Bailey Richardson and Courtney Kvaal each had goals for the Bulldogs.
The program has in and out of existence in recent years. After the 2020 covid year which cancelled everything, Riverside went 0-12 in 2021. They did not field a team the next two seasons and last year went 1-11. Head Coach Kayla Harris had to start from scratch last year and hoping on building things even more this season

Its a busy first week for Riverside — they had last night’s game and tonight its a visit to Atlantic but that’s not the end of their games this week
