Treynor had a dominant showing. The Cardinals won the 4×800, 1600 Meter Medley, and Shuttle Hurdle Relays. Individually, Rylee Hemmingsen claimed gold in the 100 100-meter hurdles and High Jump, while Delaney Matthews swept the Shot Put and Discus.
AHSTW earned victories in the 4×400 and 800 Sprint Medley Relays. Bella Lamp secured second place in the 400 Meters and 400 Meter Hurdles, while Ava Paulsen finished runner-up in the 800 Meters.
Atlantic grabbed two first-place finishes, with the 4×100 Meter Relay team clocking an impressive 51.78. Lila Wiederstein won the Long Jump with a leap of 15-11.00, while Stella Van Aernam took second in the 100 Meters (13.48). The Distance Medley and Shuttle Hurdle Relays also earned runner-up finishes.
CAM’s standout performances included Ada Hansen’s win in the 400 400-meter hurdles and second-place finish in the 100 100-meter hurdles. Courtney Follman added a runner-up finish in the Discus.
Underwood’s Isabella Buckholdt won the 100 Meters in 13.12, while Ally Adams claimed victory in the 400 Meters (1:01.66). The Eagles also won the 4×200 Meter Relay and placed second in the 4×100 Meter Relay (51.92).
Tri-Center’s Tess Casey won the 200 Meters, while the Trojans secured second-place finishes in the 4×200 and 800 Sprint Medley Relays. Jozie Payne placed second in the Long Jump.
Heartland Christian showed strength in distance events, with Grace Steinmetz sweeping the 800, 1500, and 3000 Meters. Keira Diehm finished second in both the 1500 and 3000.
