(Creston) Creston Police report five arrests over the weekend.
On Friday:
Melissa Kay Stephenson, 38, 807 W Summit, was arrested at Jarvis/Howard. She was charged with a Union County Warrant of Theft 5th. Stephenson was taken to the Union County Jail, where she later bonded out on a bond of $300.
On Saturday:
Noah Alexander Young, 25, a Homeless man, was arrested at 806 Laurel St. and charged with Theft on 5th. He was taken to the Union County Jail, where he was later released on his own recognizance.
On Saturday:
Shelby Nicole Sheppard, 27, 611 W Adams St, was arrested at 302 N Pine St. Sheppard was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Theft 5th, and Possession of a controlled substance – Methamphetamine 1st Offense. Sheppard was taken to the Union County Jail, where she later bonded out on a bond of $1,000.
On Sunday:
Jared Keith Devore, 19, 1301 N Elm St, was arrested at Hwy 34/Vine St. Devore was charged with Driving Suspended. Devore was cited and released on a promise to appear.
On Sunday:
Jonathan Dean Williams, 21, 109 S Jarvis St, was arrested at Hwy 25/Hwy 34. Williams was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 2nd Offense. Williams was taken to the Union County jail, where he later bonded out on a bond of $1,000.
