(Creston) Creston Police arrested two people on drug possession charges on Thursday.
Police arrested Jacob Steven Hilts, 25, 407 N. Elm St., Apt. 3, at 302 N. Pine St. Hilts was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana, 1st Offense. Hilts was taken to Union County Jail. Bail for $1000 cash or surety was posted. Owen Harley Davis, 20, 1301 N. Elm St., Apt. 12, was arrested at 302 N. Pine St. Davis was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st Offense. Davis was taken to Union County Jail. Bail for $1000 cash or surety was posted.
In a separate case on Wednesday, Officer’s arrested Juliann Marquis Edsall, 45, 604 N. Oak St., of Creston at 400 N. Walnut, and charged with Failure to Appear. Edsall was taken to Union County Jail and then transferred to Guthrie County Jail. Bail is set for $2000 cash only.
