(Glenwood) The Glenwood Police Department arrested 70-year-old Richard Lang, of Glenwood, on Monday for Kidnapping 3rd Degree, Felony Domestic Abuse Assault and Public Intoxication. Bond was set at $15,000 cash or surety bond.
Roman Sifuentes, 30, of Glenwood, was arrested on March 13th for OWI 1st Offense and Driving While Revoked. Sifuentes posted the $2,000 cash or surety bond.
