(Creston) Creston Police report two arrests, one on March 12, and the other on March 13.
Police arrested 61-year-old Troy Eugene McKinney, of Creston on Wednesday at 500 N. Division on a warrant for OWI, 2nd offense. Officers transported McKinney to the Union County Jail, and held on a $2,000.00 bond.
Creston Police arrested 46-year-old Carrie Nawacy Pendegraft of Creston at Highway 34 and Vine Street. They transported Pendegraft to the Union County Jail on charges of driving with a suspended license. Pendegraft posted a $2,000 cash bond and was released.
