(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports three arrests.
Police arrested 20-year-old Lucas Lynn Smith on Thursday at his Creston residence. Police charged Smith with 2nd – Degree Harassment. Officers transported Smith to the Union County Jail, and held him on a $1,000 cash bond.
Creston Police arrested 26-year-old David Cortez Valenzuela of Lenox on Thursday for violating Probation. Officers transported Valenzuela to the Union County Jail on the charge of violating probation. He was held pending a court appearance.
Police arrested 31-year-old Brandon Joseph Stone of Creston for OWI 1st Offense. The Officer transported Stone to the Union County Jail, and held on $1,000 cash bond.
