(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 48-year-old Richard Allen Straw of Red Oak early this morning in the 100 block of W. Valley Street for Possession with Intent to Distribute less than five grams of Methamphetamine, a Class C Felony. Officers transported Straw to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $10,000 bond. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the arrest.
In a separate incident, Red Oak Police arrested Farron Renee Dignin of Red Oak in the 1800 block of East Summit Street for Public Intoxication. Authorities transported Farron to the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center. Authorities set Dignin’s bond at $300.00.
