(Atlantic) The Atlantic School Board set public hearing dates for the 2025-26 Calendar and the FY26 Budget.
Superintendent Dr. Beth Johnsen told the Board they have three calendars to review.
Dr. Johnsen said it is possible for the board to approve a calendar with the August 25th start date since no legislation has changed and then the board could come back in a month or two and change the calendar if needed.
The public hearing on the 2025-2026 School Calendar will be held on March 26th at 6:15 p.m.
The board then set the first public hearing date for the FY26 Budget for March 26th. The second public hearing will be held April 9th.
