Creston Man Arrested on Drug Charges

(Creston) A Creston man was arrested on multiple drug charges early this (Friday) morning.

The Creston Police Department says 54-year-old Charles Ray Balius was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1^st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 1^st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Other) 1^st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Barred.

Balius was taken to Union County Jail.  Bail was set in the amount of $5,300 cash or approved surety.
