(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Elliott, Iowa, man on Saturday on drug possession charges. According to the press release, 59-year-old Richard James Reynolds was taken into custody at around 5:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Main Street in Elliott on charges of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana, 3rd offense, and four counts of child endangerment. Authorities transported Reynolds to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $2,000 bond.
