Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co) A Stuart man was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop on January 20th. Justin Dale Harlan, 47, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Possession with Intent to Deliver (Marijuana), and Driving While Revoked.  Bond was set at $7,000 cash or surety. Harlan was released on bond on January 21^st.

In other activity, Juan Alberto Perez-Salazar, 37, of Des Moines, was arrested on January 20^th for OWI 2^nd Offense and Driving under Suspension. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety. Perez-Salazar was released on bond on January 21^st.

Deakon Aidan Mullen, 19, of Adair, was arrested on January 19^th on a warrant from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for Controlled Substance Violation. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety. Mullen was released on bond on January 19^th.

William Ronald Johnson, 29, of Fontanelle, was cited and released on January 23^rd for OWI 2^nd Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Child Endangerment.
