(Atlantic) The Atlantic Chamber Ambassadors were hosted by Roger & Michelle Poulsen, on Thursday, January 23rd, 2025, for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of their new climate-controlled storage building.
Roger Poulsen shared that for years, he and his wife, Michelle, have been trying to find the right fit for the “old Clarinda Company” building. After a few years of tossing around the idea of storage units, they decided to make their idea a reality. The couple demoed a third of the 1,900 sq. ft. building into 39 storage units featuring “smart technology.”
Bullseye Climate Controlled Storage offers units ranging from 5X10 to 12X21 ft. with rates ranging from $55 a month to $205 a month. Bullseye units are accessed through an app on the client’s phone which lets individuals lock and unlock their units and gain access to the building at the touch of a bottom. The high-tech building allows Roger to monitor entries and exits of the building, control the motion sensor lights and thermostat, and view security cameras to ensure security and condition of the clients’ items. Bullseye also offers, “non smart phone options” that feature a typical key fob. The rental process can all be done online, and access to the unit of choice can be gained in less than 24 hours.
