Verle Ruth, 94, of Orient, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at the Greenfield Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield with burial in the Greenfield Cemetery. Open Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The family will greet friends on Friday, January 31, 2025, at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the Verle Ruth Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
She is survived by her son, Doyle Ruth and wife Polly of Orient; daughter, Beth Lanzarotta of Eugene, Oregon; three grandchildren, Stacey Cass and (Gary), Travis Ruth and wife Kelli and Eric Woosley and wife Melissa; four great grandchildren, Christa, Marissa, Kennedy and Carson; one great great grandson, Odin; other relatives and friends.
