(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests from December 28th through January 19th.
Christopher Sharp, 47, of Griswold, was arrested on January 19th on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault – 1st Offense. Sharp was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Kantauo Mark, 44, of Atlantic, was arrested on January 17th on warrants for Failure to Appear and Violation of Probation. Mark was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Sherry Franzen, 67, of Elliott, was arrested on January 14th on the charge of OWI 1st Offense. Franzen was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.
Benjamin Caldwell, 41, of Omaha, was arrested on January 13th on warrants for OWI 1st Offense and Driving while Revoked. Caldwell was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release.
Brock Knapp, 36, of Atlantic, was arrested on January 12th on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault – 1st Offense. Knapp was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Daneos Matheus, 23, of Atlantic, was arrested on January 9th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Matheus was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Jene Zarbano Jr., 24, of Atlantic, was arrested on January 8th on the charges of OWI 1st Offense and Speeding. Zarbano was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Alicia Dellaca, 34, of Avoca, was arrested on January 7th on a warrant for Assault. Dellaca was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on bond.
Steifi Otup, 39, of Atlantic, was arrested on January 2nd on the charge of Driving while Revoked. Otup was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Shea Young, 36, of Atlantic, was arrested on January 2nd on warrants for Domestic Abuse Assault and Obstruction of Emergency Communication. Young was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Tarek Punan, 25, of Atlantic, was arrested on January 1st on the charges of Public Intoxication and Interference with Official Acts. Punan was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release.
Adia Hebron, 21, of Cumberland, was arrested on December 29th on the charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle without the Owner’s Consent. Hebron was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.
Dolyne Canfield, 32, of Griswold, was arrested on December 28th for Public Intoxication. Canfield was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
