(Red Oak, IA) — On January 17 at around 3:49 pm, Nicholas Huntington was arrested by the Red Oak Police Department on an active warrant for Violation of Probation in the 1800 block of E. Summit St. Huntington was also charged with Interference with Official Acts. Huntington was transferred to the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held on $5,000 cash only bond. Officers were assisted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Montgomery County Communications in conducting the arrest.
