(Des Moines, IA) — Iowa Democrats say they’re worried that some key issues are being overlooked at the State Capitol. State rep. Lindsey James noted Iowa is among the worst when it comes to residents and college students leaving the Hawkeye State. She blamed “politics” for running the show in the Legislature. James argued the way for Iowa to keep young people is by creating educational and economic opportunities, affordable housing, and childcare for young adults.
