(Council Bluffs) The Council Bluffs Police Department released a statement this morning stating that Mr. Haven had been located and found safe.

Council Bluffs Police Department requests the public’s help locating Dale E. Haven. Dale was last seen in Adair, Iowa, at approximately 3:30 pm on Wednesday.
Dale is an 86-year-old white male last seen wearing a green and black plaid shirt. He is driving a 2010 Chrysler Sebring with Iowa license plate LXZ893.
According to the Council Bluffs Police Department, Dale may be confused and lost. The department and his family are concerned for his safety and ask that anyone who sees Dale call 911.
