(Des Moines, IA) — Iowa is among the best states to raise a family in 2025. That’s according to a new study by finance website WalletHub, which looked at 50 key indicators that were divided into five different categories. Among the indicators were health care quality, housing affordability, and crime rate. Iowa came in at number 12 in the country, and received top ten ratings in the categories of Education & Child Care and Affordability. Massachusetts was rated as the best place to raise a family.
