(Moline, IL) — Deere & Company is starting 2025 the way it ended 2024: with more layoffs. The ag equipment manufacturer says it’s laying off 75 workers at Deere Ottumwa Works on February 7th. Once again, the company cites the need to adjust its workforce size in response to declining demand. Over 100 workers in Waterloo were laid off yesterday, and another 80 lost their jobs at Davenport Works last Friday.
