(Atlantic) The Atlantic wrestling team is preparing for a busy week of competition. After finishing in second place at the Eddyville Duals on Saturday, the Trojans will host a quadrangular meet tonight, travel to Harlan on Thursday, and host the Rollin Dyer Tournament on Saturday, January 11. Last Saturday, the Trojans competed in four duals. Tonight, they will host OABCIG, Woodbine, and Logan-Magnolia. Atlantic Head Coach Tim Duff provides insights on the upcoming matches.
The meet begins at 5:30 p.m. at Atlantic High School and will also celebrate Little Trojan Wrestling Night.
On Thursday, the Trojans will travel to Harlan for a triangular meet that includes Harlan and Denison-Schleswig.Coverage will be available on KS95.7 FM and through a live video stream on westerniowatoday.com starting at 5:20 p.m. Finally, the Trojans return home on Saturday for the prestigious Rollin Dyer Tournament, which features top teams from Iowa and Nebraska.
