(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 39-year-old John David Foster on Thursday for Domestic Abuse Assault 3rd or Subsequent Offense and Assault While Displaying a Dangerous Weapon. Foster was taken to the Union County Jail. Foster was held on no bond until seen by a judge.
