(Red Oak) During Monday’s meeting, Montgomery County Board of Supervisors Chairman Mike Olson honored Donna Robinson for her 16 years of dedicated service on the board. Robinson had announced early last year that she would not be seeking a fifth term. Olson reminisced about Robinson’s election and her initial time on the board.
Chairman Olson presented Donna with a Years of Service award for her contributions to the county.
The board also acknowledged Randy Cooper for his service, with Cooper describing his tenure as a valuable learning experience.
Bryant Amos will take over the District #3 seat, while Alex Burton will fill the District #5 seat. The Supervisors are scheduled to meet for an organizational meeting on Thursday at 8:30 a.m. in the Courthouse Board of Supervisors Meeting Room.
