(Nashville, TN) — The Iowa Hawkeyes finish their season when they take on number-19 Mizzou in the Music City Bowl at Nissan Stadium this afternoon. The Hawkeyes are coming off a 13-10 win over Nebraska on November 29th. The Hawkeyes are 8-and-4 overall and 6-and-3 in the Big Ten this year. This marks the first meeting between these two teams since 2010.
The 8-4 Hawkeyes come to Nashville with a strong defense, ranked 10th in points allowed. However, the team has seen some changes. With quarterback Cade McNamara entering the transfer portal for his seventh season elsewhere, head coach Kirk Ferentz has opted to start Brendan Sullivan at quarterback.
