(Des Moines) The National Weather Service issued a Dense Fog Advisory for southwest Iowa until noon today. Low visibility and freezing fog could make driving conditions hazardous. As temperatures fall below freezing through the nighttime, freezing fog will create slick spots, especially on untreated and elevated surfaces.
