(Red Oak) On December 28, 2024, at 6:15 p.m., officers from the Red Oak Police Department responded to a reported altercation at South Casey’s. Following a brief investigation, police arrested 45-year-old Jason David Olson of Red Oak for simple assault, a misdemeanor offense. Olson was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was held on a $300 bond. The Red Oak Police Department received assistance from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the Montgomery County Dispatch Center.
