(Clive, IA) — The multi-state Mega Millions lottery game will change in April.
“The cost of a play will be five dollars and the minimum prize that someone can win in the redesigned Mega Millions will be ten dollars,” said Mary Neubauer with the Iowa Lottery. “The game is being redesigned in April, so there is a ways until we get there.”
The change is expected to result in bigger, faster-growing jackpots, and better odds of winning.
