(Waterloo, Iowa) D’Iona Asia Marie Wilson-Bass, convicted of Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon in Black Hawk County, failed to report back to the Waterloo Women’s Center for Change as required yesterday.
Wilson-Bass is a 21-year-old, 5-foot-6-inch, 208-pound Black Female who was admitted to the work release facility on December 17th, 2024.
