Steve Blazek, 55, of Greenfield passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at the Taylor Hospice House in Des Moines.
Celebration of Life Services: Will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at the Greenfield United Methodist Church with a luncheon immediately following. The Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of the professional arrangements. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.lambfuneralhomes.com.
Family Visitation: The family will greet friends on Thursday, January 2, 2024, at the church from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Memorials: May be directed to the Steve Blazek Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
Survivors: He is survived by his significant other, Lea Clayton of Orient; stepchildren, Matt Clayton (Abbey) of Lorimor and Michelle Brock (Eddie) of Van Meter; five grandchildren, Hazin, Hank, Nash, Roen and Novi; his siblings, Wesley Blazek, Phyllis Blazek, Arlan Blazek (Deb), Joy Palmitier and Mary Peterson (Mike); other relatives and friends.
