(Red Oak) On Wednesday, a Montgomery County man’s arrest led to a warrant in Wisconsin.
Red Oak Police responded to a call for a disturbance in the 1800 block of East Summit Street. During the investigation, Officers arrested 39-year-old Rafael Mendoza-Ramirez of Red Oak for Public Intoxication and giving false identification to a Law Enforcement Officer.
When Authorities discovered the man’s real identity, they found Rafael was wanted on an active warrant from the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office in Wisconsin for being a fugitive from justice. Authorities are holding him on no bond pending extradition to Wisconsin.
