(Area) AAA’s Tow to Go program will help keep impaired drivers off the road and assist stranded motorists during the holidays. The service is active from 6 p.m. Tuesday, December 24, to 6 a.m. Thursday, January 2 in Nebraska, Iowa, and select states.
Drivers can call (855) 2-TOW-2-GO (855-286-9246) to request a free, confidential ride for themselves and their vehicle to a safe location within a 10-mile radius. This program, available to both AAA members and non-members, is a last resort for those who didn’t plan ahead.
Tow to Go cannot be scheduled in advance and may not be available in rural areas or severe weather.
AAA technicians anticipate helping over 860,000 drivers with car trouble this holiday season.
Since its launch over 25 years ago, Tow to Go has removed more than 30,000 impaired drivers from the roads. Always plan ahead by choosing a designated driver or using a rideshare service.
